The issue price was determined by the Company and the underwriters through negotiation based on the results of the preliminary price inquiry, after comprehensively considering the remaining quotations and proposed subscription quantities, the effective subscription multiple, the valuation levels of listed companies in the same industry, the industry in which the Company operates, the Company's fundamentals, market conditions, fundraising needs, underwriting risks and other factors.
