HWORLD-S (01179) announced that it has completed the offering of RMB 3.35 billion in aggregate principal amount of RMB-denominated senior unsecured bonds, which were offered outside the United States in offshore transactions to non-U.S. persons pursuant to Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The bond offering comprises RMB 3.35 billion of 2.25% bonds due 2031. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the bond offering for general corporate purposes.
