LINK HOLDINGS (08237) announces that the board of directors of the Company has been informed by Ace Kingdom Enterprises Corporation (Ace Kingdom), the controlling shareholder of the Company, that on 15 September 2026, Ace Kingdom sold a total of 494.4 shares of the Company's issued shares through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange trading platform at an average price of approximately HK$0.80 per share, representing approximately 2.46% of the total number of issued shares of the Company as at the date of this announcement. Immediately following the sale, the number of shares held by Ace Kingdom decreased from 91,017,600 shares (representing approximately 45.28% of the total number of issued shares) to 86,073,600 shares (representing approximately 42.82% of the total number of issued shares).
