CHINA POWER (02380) enters into an environmental protection service framework agreement with SPIC

CHINA POWER (02380) announced that on September 16, 2026, the Company entered into an environmental protection service framework agreement with SPIC, pursuant to which the Company agreed to provide environmental protection engineering services and related products to members of the SPIC group. Under the framework agreement, the proposed annual caps for the provision of environmental protection services by the Group for the period from September 16, 2026 to December 31, 2026, and for the two years ending December 31, 2027 and 2028, are RMB 700 million, RMB 1.45 billion and RMB 1.45 billion (approximately equivalent to HK$814 million, HK$1,686 million and HK$1,686 million), respectively.
