160 HEALTH (02656) announces that on September 16, 2026, Shenzhen 160 Network Technology Co., Ltd. (160 Network Technology), an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with a limited liability company registered in Shenzhen, China (the Partner). The Partner is a national-level high-tech enterprise focusing on the enterprise-level computing power infrastructure sector and providing services such as equipment leasing and AI cloud computing power. It has been established for more than 10 years, has a registered capital of over RMB 100 million, and has been selected as a provincial-level specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative SME and a municipal-level gazelle enterprise.

(160 Network Technology), entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with a limited liability company registered in Shenzhen, China (the Partner). The Partner is a national-level high-tech enterprise focusing on the enterprise-level computing power infrastructure sector, providing equipment leasing and AI cloud computing power services. It has been established for more than 10 years, has a registered capital of over RMB 100 million, and has been selected as a provincial-level specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative SME and a municipal gazelle enterprise.
The Partner has preliminarily agreed to purchase a certain scale of enterprise-level AI computing power infrastructure from 160 Network Technology, with an estimated total cooperation amount of approximately RMB 650 million. The cooperation framework agreement is valid for one year, from September 16, 2026 to September 15, 2027.
The Board believes that the signing of this cooperation framework agreement will help the Group accumulate large-scale delivery experience and lay a solid foundation for subsequently continuously providing integrated solutions to the healthcare industry and a broader customer base, which is in line with the Group's long-term strategy of broadening revenue sources and cultivating new business growth points. The cooperation framework agreement was entered into on general commercial terms, is fair and reasonable, and is in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
