CCOE (08286) announced that Mr. Wu Bo has resigned as Chairman of the Board and non-executive Director of the Company due to adjustments to his personal affairs, with effect from September 16, 2026. As Mr. Wu also served as the chairman of the Company's nomination committee, upon the effectiveness of his resignation, Mr. Wu will cease to serve as the chairman of the nomination committee, with effect from September 16, 2026.
