The company now plans to offer 6.3 million shares at a proposed price of $4 per share to raise $25 million. It had previously filed to offer 3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6 per share. Under the revised offering size, LYC Healthcare expects to raise 67% more than previously anticipated, corresponding to a market value of $137 million. The company plans to list on Nasdaq but has not yet determined its ticker symbol. Founded in 2017, LYC Healthcare is a multi-disciplinary specialty healthcare service provider based in Singapore. Through two operating subsidiaries, five medical clinics, and in-house advanced imaging facilities, it provides integrated musculoskeletal healthcare services. The company has four doctors, including two specialists, and is able to perform computer-navigated total hip and knee replacement surgeries, as well as minimally invasive and minimally invasive interventional procedures; it also provides MRI, CT, X-ray, bone mineral density (BMD), and ultrasound imaging examinations, and offers on-site physiotherapy services through a three-year partnership. The company treats patients with degenerative joint diseases, spinal conditions, sports injuries, metabolic diseases, and osteoporosis, with services spanning health screening, diagnostic scans, treatment, and rehabilitation. Data shows the company's revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025 was $14 million.
