POLYFAIR HLDGS (08532): Sun Rui Appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

POLYFAIR HLDGS (08532) announced that the Board was informed that Resolution No. 2(ii) was not passed at the annual general meeting. Mr. Zheng Lei (Mr. Zheng) therefore retired as an independent non-executive Director of the Company, the chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee at the conclusion of the annual general meeting. The Board announced that, with effect from 15 September 2026, Ms. Sun Rui, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee. In addition, the Board also announced that, with effect from 15 September 2026, Mr. Huang Weiwen, an executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
