Director Zheng Shanjie Chairs a Symposium with Private Enterprises, Soliciting Opinions and Suggestions on Optimizing the Development Environment and Expanding Investment Space

On September 15, Director Zheng Shanjie of the National Development and Reform Commission chaired a symposium with private enterprises, soliciting opinions and suggestions on optimizing the development environment and expanding investment space. The heads of five enterprises attended the symposium: Delixi Group from the electrical equipment sector, Range Intelligent Computing Technology Group from the computing infrastructure sector, Qingming Shanghe Garden from the cultural tourism service sector, Ruizhi Health from the elderly care service sector, and LandSpace from the commercial aerospace sector. The heads of the participating enterprises spoke enthusiastically and actively offered suggestions in line with the theme of the meeting. They generally agreed that since the beginning of this year, the state has adhered to the strategic basis of expanding domestic demand, actively promoted effective investment, accelerated the deployment of government investment funds, vigorously advanced the construction of "Two Major" projects and the "Two New" initiatives, and actively supported private enterprises in participating in major engineering project construction, creating a favorable policy environment for enterprises to expand investment and improve quality and development. At the same time, based on their operating conditions, industry development, and investment plans, the enterprises put forward opinions and suggestions on further opening application scenarios, optimizing approval processes, broadening financing channels, revitalizing existing assets, strengthening factor guarantees, and improving the standards system. Zheng Shanjie carefully listened to the situation introductions and opinions and suggestions, engaged in in-depth exchanges and interactions with the enterprises, and responded on the spot to their concerns. He stated that private investment is an important part of the high-quality development of the private economy and a strong support for expanding effective investment. At present, China's private investment is at a critical period of structural optimization and momentum transformation, with difficulties and challenges, but even more so with space and potential. The more we are at a turning point of transformation, the more we must strengthen confidence. He hopes that the vast number of private entrepreneurs will seize opportunities, innovate and forge ahead, actively increase investment layout in emerging industries, new infrastructure, consumption upgrading, and other fields, promote the transformation of old and new growth drivers, and better serve the overall situation of economic and social development. The National Development and Reform Commission will thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, focus on key industries and fields where private enterprises have strong investment willingness and large growth space, adopt targeted and pragmatic measures, enhance the sense of gain of private enterprises, and promote private capital to invest with confidence, be able to invest, and participate more. At the same time, it will continuously improve the mechanism for regular communication and exchange with private enterprises, regularly promote high-quality investment projects by industry and field, orderly open application scenarios in key areas, effectively promote the close combination of hard investment and soft construction, continuously optimize the investment environment, expand investment channels, and take multiple measures to promote the high-quality development of the private economy.
