CITIC SEC (06030) has received registration approval from the CSRC for the public issuance of perpetual subordinated bonds to professional investors.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that recently, the Company received the Approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the Registration of the Public Issuance of Perpetual Subordinated Bonds to Professional Investors by CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. (CSRC Permit [2026] No. 2414). Pursuant to this approval, the Company may publicly issue perpetual subordinated bonds with a total face value of not more than RMB40 billion to professional investors. This approval is valid for 24 months from the date of consent for registration, and the Company may issue the bonds in tranches within the validity period of the registration.
