MAN KING HOLD (02193) announced that with effect from 15 September 2026: (1) Mr. Lo Yick Cheong has resigned as an executive director and ceased to be a member of the nomination committee. (2) Mr. Leung Wai Tat has resigned as an independent non-executive director and ceased to be the chairman of the audit committee and a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee. (3) Mr. Lam Tat Shing has been appointed as an executive director. (4) Ms. Chow Wai Yung has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee.
