One month after the release of GLM-5.3, Cyber (cybersecurity) has become the first vertical scenario under Zhipu's (02513) Co-work strategy to achieve large-scale revenue, marking that domestic security large models are moving from capability validation into the stage of large-scale commercialization.
One month after the release of GLM-5.3, Cyber (cybersecurity) has become the first vertical scenario under Z.AI's (02513) Co-work strategy to achieve scaled revenue, marking the transition of domestic models' security capabilities from capability validation to commercialization. Today, the Beijing Centergate Technologies Autonomous Large Model Industry Alliance announced its first-phase progress: 100 members have joined, covering security vendors, internet companies, research institutes, and financial institutions. GLM-5.3 and GLM-5.3-Flash are accelerating their integration into members' security products and real business processes, with applications extending from single-point projects to vulnerability discovery, code auditing, and daily security operations products. The Cyber scenario is characterized by rigid demand, high professional barriers, and high invocation frequency. It is understood that GLM-5.3 primarily handles high-value tasks such as multi-agent vulnerability discovery, real-business security research, large codebase auditing, and security hardening for financial institutions. Currently, Qi An Xin and NSFOCUS Technologies Group have applied it to vulnerability discovery systems, DARKNAVY conducts real-business security research through the deepsec platform, and Ping An Health Insurance uses the model to drive security hardening. GLM-5.3-Flash covers high-frequency tasks such as batch scanning, log processing, and alert analysis. Together, the two types of models form a tiered business model spanning from high-value tasks to batch invocations. As one of the vertical domains in the paradigm shift from Coding to Co-work, Cyber has long-term and broad market space. Key infrastructure industries in China, including finance, internet, energy, and telecommunications, possess large amounts of code assets and continuous security operations needs, providing high-frequency invocation scenarios for security large models. Cyber involves 24/7 continuous, long-horizon, high-value tasks and is expected to be the next major market with a TAM exceeding that of Coding. The global industrial chain is further confirming this trend: NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang recently stated that cybersecurity is very likely to become AI's next major application scenario.
