John Lee: Hong Kong's first five-year plan and 2026 Policy Address to be published tomorrow, totaling over 100,000 words.

On September 15, John Lee Ka-chiu, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, said that tomorrow he will announce Hong Kong's first five-year plan and deliver the 2026 Policy Address at the Legislative Council. The two documents are detailed and total more than 100,000 words. Tomorrow he will present them concisely, and plans to finish within two to three hours. He mentioned that the cover theme color of Hong Kong's first five-year plan document is blue, while the cover theme color of the new Policy Address continues to be green. John Lee Ka-chiu revealed that during the public consultation period, about 17,000 submissions were received for the five-year plan, and about 11,000 submissions were received for the new Policy Address. He thanked all sectors of society for their participation and support.
