NT PHARMA (01011) announced that, after considering the recommendation of the Company's audit committee, the Board has resolved to appoint KPMG as the Company's new auditor to fill the casual vacancy following the retirement of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, effective from the date of approval by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting, and its term will last until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.
