Xin Yuan Enterprise Group (01748) announced that, as Mr. Chen Jiagan wishes to devote more time to his personal affairs and commitments, on August 28, 2026, the Company entered into a termination agreement with Mr. Chen Jiagan to terminate the director service agreement entered into between the Company and Mr. Chen Jiagan on March 12, 2026, with effect from September 1, 2026. Mr. Chen Jiagan's position as executive director terminated with effect from September 10, 2026.

XIN YUAN ENT (01748) announced that, as Mr. Chen Jiagan wishes to devote more time to his personal affairs and commitments, on August 28, 2026, the Company and Mr. Chen Jiagan entered into a termination agreement to terminate the director service agreement entered into between the Company and Mr. Chen Jiagan on March 12, 2026, effective from September 1, 2026. The termination of Mr. Chen Jiagan's position as an executive director shall take effect from September 10, 2026. On August 28, 2026, Mr. Wei Shusong tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director due to age and health reasons. Mr. Wei Shusong's resignation shall take effect from September 10, 2026.
