Hong Kong investment education service provider Hao Feng Group (HFE.US) filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday to raise up to $21 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to raise $21 million by offering 3.2 million shares at a price range of $5 to $8 per share. At the midpoint of the proposed price range, Hao Feng Group would have a market value of $151 million.
Hao Feng Group operates a paid investment education center in Hong Kong, China. The company offers offline and online courses to retail and high-net-worth investors, covering stock trading, portfolio management, fundamental analysis, and investment strategies, with revenue mainly derived from tuition fees paid by annual subscribers and workshop fees. Hao Feng offers three different course packages: 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month course combinations. Based on 2024 revenue, the company ranks third among investment education providers in Hong Kong.
The Hong Kong-based company was founded in 2012 and generated $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol HFE. Hao Feng Group confidentially filed on April 10, 2026. Eddid Securities is the sole bookrunner for the transaction.
