CARSGEN-B (02171) rose nearly 3% in the morning, up 2.47% as of press time at HK$12.86, with a turnover of HK$16.4403 million. On the news front, on September 14, according to CARsgen Therapeutics' official WeChat account, the company's independently developed FNC (conventional lymphodepletion regimen + low-dose albumin-bound paclitaxel) lymphodepletion preconditioning regimen has officially received patent authorization from the China National Intellectual Property Administration. With this, following the United States, Japan, and South Korea, the FNC lymphodepletion preconditioning regimen has completed patent deployment in major global markets, marking the full formation of a closed-loop intellectual property protection system worldwide for the core technologies related to Kailimei (satricabtagene autoleucel injection). The patent authorization of the FNC lymphodepletion preconditioning regimen in China means that the company's protection for Kailimei has extended from the single product level to the overall treatment regimen level, including lymphodepletion preconditioning, raising the R&D and commercialization barriers for similar competing products and further consolidating the company's leading position in the field of CAR-T for solid tumors.
