On September 14, HKD interbank rates rose broadly, with the one-month rate, which is linked to mortgage loans, reported at 2.88887%, up 0.923 basis points.
On September 14, HKD interbank rates rose broadly, with the one-month rate linked to mortgage loans at 2.88887%, up 0.923 basis points; the three-month rate, which reflects banks' funding costs, was at 3.07476%, up 1.339 basis points. The overnight rate was at 2.28750%, up 1.190 basis points; the one-week rate fell 2.869 basis points to 2.42750%, while the two-week rate rose 1.399 basis points to 2.52750%. The two-month rate rose 0.910 basis points to 2.97964%. In terms of long-term rates, the six-month rate rose 2.893 basis points to 3.27893%, while the one-year rate rose 7.774 basis points to 3.66589%.
