InnoCare Pharma (09969) rose over 5%, up 5.32% as of press time, at HK$14.26, with a turnover of HK$22.5916 million. On the news front, according to InnoCare Pharma's official WeChat account, the company's self-developed bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) ICP-B381, targeting PSMA and STEAP1, has recently been approved by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) to conduct clinical trials for the treatment of prostate cancer and other solid tumors. This is the company's first bispecific ADC approved for clinical trials and its third innovative ADC to enter clinical development. PSMA and STEAP1 are significantly overexpressed in prostate cancer cells and are highly promising therapeutic targets for prostate cancer, especially metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Currently, no bispecific ADC targeting PSMA and STEAP1 has been approved for marketing worldwide. ICP-B381 is the first bispecific ADC developed by InnoCare Pharma based on its self-developed ADC platform, composed of a humanized anti-PSMA/STEAP1 antibody conjugated with the company's self-developed next-generation irreversible linker and a potent payload. Preclinical studies showed that in the 22Rv1 human prostate cancer xenograft model, ICP-B381 demonstrated potent, dose-dependent antitumor activity. At the same dosage, its efficacy was superior to the corresponding single-target PSMA-ADC and STEAP1-ADC, with good tolerability.
