The repurchased shares will be used in their entirety for employee shareholding and/or equity incentive plans at an appropriate time in the future. The repurchase price will not exceed 150 yuan per share. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than 50 million yuan (inclusive) and not more than 100 million yuan (inclusive).
