Haopeng Technology (001283.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Haopeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Haopeng"), intends to sign a "Partnership Agreement" with Shenzhen Times Bole Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Times Bole"), Huizhou Zhongkai Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongkai Innovation Investment"), and Huizhou Industrial Investment Development Mother Fund Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huizhou Industrial Mother Fund") to jointly invest in the establishment of an industrial fund. The total committed capital of the industrial fund is RMB 581 million, of which Guangdong Haopeng, as a limited partner, will contribute RMB 300 million from its own or raised funds, accounting for 51.64% of the total committed size of the industrial fund.
