Baipusais (301080.SZ) announced that the company plans to invest 150 million yuan of its own funds to jointly establish Suzhou Sugaoxin Rongsheng Baipus Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) with professional investment institutions, acquiring a 30% stake and becoming a limited partner. The partnership will primarily invest in equity of unlisted companies in related fields such as upstream life science tools and services, biomedicine, medical devices, and biomanufacturing.
