Dizhe Pharmaceutical (688192.SH) announced that the results of its independently developed, world-first, fully blood-brain barrier permeable non-covalent dual-target inhibitor LYN/BTK, Birelentinib, for monotherapy treatment of relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (r/rDLBCL) in a Phase II clinical study (TAI-SHAN9) have been officially published in the prestigious international hematology journal, Blood Cancer Journal (impact factor: 13.8). Birelentinib is a world-first LYN/BTK dual-target inhibitor, aiming to achieve broad coverage of different DLBCL subtypes by simultaneously blocking BTK-dependent and BTK-independent BCR signaling pathways. Patients enrolled in the TAI-SHAN9 study had previously received 1 to 5 lines of systemic treatment. The study results indicated that, at doses of 50mg and 75mg, Birelentinib monotherapy demonstrated broad anti-tumor activity across different molecular subtypes, with manageable safety profiles.
