Co., Ltd Shangma Coal Industry Co., Ltd (provisional name), as the specific implementation body for the Shangma Coal Mine project. The registered capital will be RMB 100 million, and in the future, the registered capital scale may be adjusted in a timely manner based on national regulatory requirements and the actual progress of the project, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and relevant decision-making procedures.
