Guotou Securities pointed out that, by business segment, the German division generated revenue of RMB 1.521 billion in 2026H1, which includes RMB 1.138 billion from pearlescent pigments, RMB 273 million from cosmetic active ingredients, and RMB 108 million from functional fillers. After excluding the impact of exchange rates, the average monthly revenue of the German division in 2026H1 increased by 32.3% compared to the average monthly revenue during the consolidation period from August to December 2025, indicating that the effects of the merger and integration are gradually becoming apparent, with formal orders from cross-selling in the industrial sector already landing in multiple markets. The firm believes that in 2026H1, after excluding the impacts of non-cash-related accounting adjustments from the merger and acquisition, the gross profit margin of the German division was 37.6%, up 8.2 percentage points from the adjusted gross profit margin of 29.4% during the previous consolidation period.
