JY GAS (01407): Controlling shareholder

JY GAS (01407) announced that, as disclosed in the pledge announcement, the company's controlling shareholder LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding have respectively pledged 184.8 million shares and 33 million shares of the company's ordinary shares (approximately accounting for 49.5% of the total issued shares as of September 2, 2025) as collateral for funds provided to LXL Phoenix. As of September 2, 2025, and the date of this announcement, both LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding are wholly owned by Mr. Luan Xiaolong, the company's controlling shareholder, chairman, executive director, and chief executive officer. As of the date of this announcement, the company has been notified that the pledged shares will be fully released and repaid by September 8, 2026. As of the date of this announcement, LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding together hold approximately 49.5% of the total issued shares of the company.
