Threes (605168.SH) announced that the company plans to jointly invest with its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Threes Times Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Times Intelligent Computing) and Ningbo Huixinfu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as Huixinfu), an investment platform under China United Data Group, to establish Beijing Zhonglian Yunport No. 1 Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (name to be confirmed, referred to as Zhonglian No. 1). The total subscribed capital of this partnership is 233 million yuan. Among them, the company, as a limited partner, will subscribe 140 million yuan, accounting for 60% of the total subscribed capital; Times Intelligent Computing, as a general partner, will subscribe 46.5 million yuan, accounting for 20% of the total subscribed capital, and together, the company and Times Intelligent Computing will subscribe 186 million yuan, accounting for 80% of the total subscribed capital. Huixinfu, as a limited partner, will subscribe 46.5 million yuan, accounting for 20% of the total subscribed capital. The Zhonglian No. 1 established this time is a specialized investment and operation platform for data centers, intending to screen and acquire high-quality data center assets nationwide and enhance asset value through professional operations; the partnership will initially invest in the Beijing Fangshan Data Center project, acquiring 100% equity in the project company. This collaboration with Huixinfu for investment aims for both parties to integrate their respective advantageous resources, achieve mutual empowerment of customer resources, expand business revenue sources, and create business synergy with the companys existing digital marketing business.
