CISI FIN (06058) announced that from October 27, 2025, to September 7, 2026, CISI Investment (the Companys indirect wholly-owned subsidiary) will sell notes with a total principal amount of 105 million RMB (equivalent to approximately 122 million HKD) in the open market, for a total consideration of approximately 106 million RMB (equivalent to approximately 124 million HKD). The Group's investment strategy includes broad investments across different business sectors to diversify its revenue sources and identify businesses that can generate new value for its shareholders (including but not limited to stocks, bonds, funds, structured products, and derivatives), aiming to deliver stable returns within an acceptable risk range. Furthermore, the Group has been seeking opportunities to balance its securities investment portfolio as they arise and will periodically liquidate its investments as deemed to be in the best interests of the Group. The sale aligns with the Group's main business concerning financial products and investments. Considering the performance of the note prices, the Board believes that the sale represents a good opportunity for the Group to exit its investment in the notes.
