SBP GROUP (01177): TQH5528 "Oral STAT6 Degrader" to announce preclinical research data at ERS 2026.

SBP GROUP (01177) announced that its subsidiary, Chengdu Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (Tianqing), has independently developed TQH5528, an "oral STAT6 degrader," which has presented preclinical research data in the form of an Oral presentation at the European Respiratory Society 2026 Annual Meeting (ERS 2026), along with an e-poster display. TQH5528 is an oral STAT6 degrader developed by Tianqing based on its global independent intellectual property rights for the oral protein degradation technology platform (OAPD). TQH5528 targets the IL-4/IL-13/STAT6 signaling axis, leveraging a protein degradation mechanism to exert its pharmacological effect, and has the potential to become a new generation of therapeutic drugs that could replace injectable biologics and offer more convenient administration.
