A total of 123 million subscription shares (accounting for 4.38% of the company's issued shares prior to completion and approximately 4.20% of the total issued shares after the placement and issuance of subscription shares) have been successfully allotted and issued to the subscribers at the subscription price of HKD 0.122 per share. The total proceeds raised from the subscription amount to HKD 15.06 million, with the net proceeds approximately HKD 14.99 million, which are expected to be fully utilized by December 31, 2026, or earlier.
