Volkswagen Public (01635) announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Volkswagen Management. On September 4, 2026, Volkswagen Management will release the pledge of 28 million A-shares of the company originally pledged to Shanghai Bank Co., Ltd. Xuhui Branch. On the same date, Volkswagen Management will pledge 3 million A-shares of the company to Shanghai Bank Co., Ltd. Xuhui Branch.
Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (01635) announced that the company recently received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Dazhong Qi Guan. On September 4, 2026, Dazhong Qi Guan will release the pledge of 28 million A shares of the company that was originally pledged to the Bank of Shanghai Co., Ltd. Xuhui Branch, and on the same day, Dazhong Qi Guan will pledge an additional 3 million A shares of the company to the Bank of Shanghai Co., Ltd. Xuhui Branch.
