Minmetals Resources (01208) announced that its non-wholly owned subsidiary Minera Las Bambas S.A. (the borrower) has entered into a revolving financing agreement (the revolving financing agreement) with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (through their offshore financial centers) (collectively referred to as the lenders). Under the revolving financing agreement, the lenders will provide the borrower with a three-year revolving financing of USD 350 million to meet general funding needs.

(through its offshore financial center) (collectively referred to as the lenders). Under the revolving financing agreement, the lenders grant the borrower a three-year revolving financing facility with a principal amount of USD 350 million to meet general funding needs.
