TONGGUAN GOLD (00340) announced that, according to (i) the notice regarding the adjustment of the Hang Seng Stock Connect eligible securities list issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 7, 2026, and (ii) the announcement on the adjustment of the Hong Kong Stock Connect eligible securities list issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on September 7, 2026, the company's shares have been included in the securities list of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively referred to as the Hong Kong Stock Connect), effective from September 7, 2026. The Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect are mechanisms for mutual market access between the stock markets of mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Under this framework, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange have established technical connections with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, allowing investors from mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to buy and sell eligible shares listed on each other's exchanges through local securities companies or brokers.
