EVERG VEHICLE (00708): Liang Junye and Zhou Weixing appointed as independent non-executive directors

EVERG VEHICLE (00708) announced that, effective from September 4, 2026, Mr. Liang Junye and Mr. Zhou Weixing have been appointed as independent non-executive directors. Mr. Lu Jiaqi has submitted his resignation as independent non-executive director, effective from September 4, 2026, citing the need to attend to personal matters. From September 4, 2026, Mr. Lu has resigned as the chairman of the company's audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee, and corporate governance committee. Mr. Liang has been appointed as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee, and corporate governance committee; and Mr. Zhou has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee, and corporate governance committee.
