ALEBUND-B (09637) announced that, according to the relevant arrangements and adjustments for the Hong Kong Stock Connect, the company's H shares have been included in the list of eligible securities for the Hong Kong Stock Connect, effective from September 7, 2026 (Monday). From the effective date, qualified investors in mainland China can directly buy and sell H shares through the relevant mechanisms of the Hong Kong Stock Connect. The inclusion of H shares in the Hong Kong Stock Connect is based on its inclusion in the Hang Seng Composite Index. According to the quarterly review results of the Hang Seng Index series published by Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited on August 21, 2026, as of June 30, 2026, H shares have been included in the constituents of the Hang Seng Composite Index. This adjustment will be implemented after the close of trading on September 4, 2026 (Friday), and will take effect from September 7, 2026 (Monday). The Board of Directors believes that the inclusion of H shares in the Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Hang Seng Composite Index reflects the capital market's recognition of the company's value and long-term development prospects, and will help further expand the company's investor base and enhance the trading liquidity of H shares.
