According to the relevant provisions of the Implementation Measures for the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Hong Kong Stock Connect Business, Manycore Tech (00068) has officially been transferred to the list of securities eligible for the Hong Kong Stock Connect. This adjustment will take effect on September 7 (Monday).
On September 4, the Shanghai Stock Exchange released a notice stating that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Connect Implementation Measures," Manycore Tech (00068) has officially been included in the list of securities eligible for the Hong Kong Stock Connect. This adjustment will take effect on September 7 (Monday). This means that mainland investors can now directly buy and sell Manycore Tech through the Stock Connect, officially unlocking southbound capital. In the first half of this year, Manycore Tech achieved an adjusted net profit of 55.42 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 211%, nearing last year's total profit level. On the business front, spatial intelligence has become the core capability base that supports the company's entire product line, driving an over 177% year-on-year increase in revenue from new AI applications and products. At the model level, the company has built a series of foundational model technologies, including the world generation model SpatialGen, the 3D generation model Lux3D, and the spatial language model SpatialLM, helping AI achieve understanding, reasoning, and generation in the physical world. The company's development prospects are viewed positively by several institutions. East Money Information recently released a research report covering Manycore Tech for the first time and assigned an "Overweight" rating, indicating that "the core subscription business is solid, new AI applications are accelerating, and adjusted profits are growing significantly." Previously, institutions like Guotai Haitong and Jianyin International rated it as "Overweight" and "Outperform," respectively.
