Dongyi Risheng (002713.SZ) announced that its shareholder Tianjin Chenshang Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianjin Chenshang"), which holds more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date (from September 29, 2026, to December 28, 2026). The reduction will not exceed 4.757 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.5% of the total share capital; and through block trading, the reduction will not exceed 9.5141 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the total share capital.
