(Best Management Consulting) (the Best Management Consulting Strategic Cooperation Agreement, collectively referred to as the Strategic Cooperation Agreements along with the Extreme Fox GitLab Strategic Cooperation Agreement). The company's board of directors believes that the Extreme Fox GitLab Strategic Cooperation Agreement marks a deepening of the company's strategic positioning in enterprise-level AI intelligences and Token services. Leveraging Extreme Fox GitLab's vast ecosystem of developers and enterprise clients, this collaboration represents a milestone for the company in the commercialization of visual language large models, the exploration of self-developed large models and intelligent agent solutions' Token revenue model, and the establishment of a standardized and replicable Token service product. According to the Extreme Fox GitLab Strategic Cooperation Agreement, both parties agree to engage in broad and in-depth cooperation in the following areas: 1.
