The service provider is a company registered in Singapore, primarily engaged in providing cloud computing and related technology services. The group mainly operates in the resource sector, and its main functions include not only the procurement and supply of iron ore and other bulk commodities but also the provision of value-added services, such as vendor management and logistics support. According to its diversification strategy, the group intends to develop cloud computing and AI-related businesses. Accordingly, the group will utilize the cloud services purchased from the service provider under the service agreement to offer cloud computing power and related technology services to corporate clients. The board believes that the service agreement will enable the group to acquire GPU computing power over the next three years without incurring capital and expenses related to the direct purchase and maintenance of GPU hardware and servers, thereby supporting the group's expansion into cloud computing, AI, and related technology services with lower risk exposure.
