Infinitus (300582.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman GUICHAO HUA plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 8.8851 million shares (not exceeding 2.98% of the company's total share capital, and not exceeding 3.00% of the total share capital after deducting shares in the repurchase special securities account) through centralized bidding and bulk trading within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan (from September 29, 2026, to December 28, 2026).
