TCL ELECTRONICS (01070) announced that, starting from September 4, 2026, Mr. Chen Ming will resign as the joint company secretary and board secretary of the company. Mr. Song Honghai, the deputy general manager of the company (Mr. Song, responsible for the group's capital market affairs), has been appointed as the joint company secretary of the company (for a term of three years), effective from September 4, 2026. Starting from September 4, 2026, Mr. Chen will resign as the joint company secretary and board secretary of the company but will continue to serve as a director of several subsidiaries of the company to devote more time to focusing on the development of the group's North American business and financial management.
