On September 4, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Filing for the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Wuhan Binhui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and the 'Full Circulation' of Its Unlisted Shares in the Domestic Market." The company plans to issue no more than 38,102,600 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The companys 54 shareholders intend to convert their total of 150,933,379 unlisted shares into overseas listed shares for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the prospectus, the company is a biotechnology firm based in China specializing in oncolytic virus therapy, committed to the discovery, development, and commercialization of cancer immunotherapy. The company has internally developed its core product BS001 (OH2 injection) along with two other key products. As of the last practical date (March 27, 2026), the company has a pipeline that includes two clinical-stage candidate drugs (namely BS001 and BS006) and two preclinical-stage candidate drugs (namely BR003 and BS051).
