Zhongyou Securities stated that the "Opinions" will open new business growth opportunities for brokerages, and real estate-related investment banking businesses may usher in a certain scale expansion, with related business revenue expected to achieve significant year-on-year growth. The full-chain revenue boundary for real estate investment trusts may be broadened, potentially providing long-term sustainable revenue growth for brokerages; the real estate asset management sector may offer entirely new growth in the wealth management segment. Furthermore, the "Opinions" may promote a revaluation of the brokerage sector.
