GENSCRIPT BIO (01548) announced that the company recommends the spin-off of Probio Technology Limited (Probio Bio), an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company responsible for the group's biological formulation and advanced therapy contract research, development, and production organization services, and to list its shares independently on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Regarding the proposed spin-off, the company has submitted an application to the Stock Exchange in accordance with the 15th guidance note. On August 14, 2026, the Listing Committee confirmed that the company could proceed with the proposed spin-off.
