Yunyi Electric (300304.SZ) announced that the company intends to transfer 20% of its equity in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Yunyi Robotics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanjing Yunyi"), to the employee stock ownership platform XuZhou Kunyu Robot Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) established by Nanjing Yunyi. The corresponding subscribed capital is 20 million yuan, of which 2.1 million yuan has been paid. The total transfer price is 2.1 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company's shareholding in Nanjing Yunyi will decrease to 80%, and Nanjing Yunyi will still be a controlled subsidiary of the company.

The corresponding subscribed capital contribution amounts to 20 million yuan, of which 2.1 million yuan has been paid. The total transfer price is 2.1 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company's equity interest in Nanjing Yunyi will decrease to 80%, and Nanjing Yunyi will still be a controlling subsidiary of the company.
