QUANTGROUP (02685) announced that Mr. Sun Junchen has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective September 3, 2026, due to his decision to devote more energy to other business undertakings. Following Mr. Sun Junchen's resignation, he will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, nor as a member of the company's nomination committee and remuneration committee, effective September 3, 2026. Ms. Xu Jiayuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of both the nomination committee and remuneration committee, effective September 3, 2026. Ms. Yu Shanling has resigned as a joint company secretary of the company due to other personal career development plans, effective September 3, 2026. Following Ms. Yu Shanling's resignation, another joint company secretary, Ms. Zhu Zhuoting (who possesses the qualifications and experience required by Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17), will remain in her position and serve as the sole company secretary of the company.
