Shangri-La's revenue for the first half of the year met expectations, and the company remains cautiously optimistic about the industry outlook for the second half, but anticipates that geopolitical conflicts and extreme weather will bring short-term volatility. The bank has reduced its earnings per share forecasts for the company for 2027-2028 by 7% and 12% to USD 0.05 and USD 0.06, respectively, to reflect ongoing macro uncertainties and consumer downgrading, while the forecast for 2026 is roughly unchanged at USD 0.05.
