STERLING GP (01825): Xie Jianfeng has been appointed as executive director.

STERLING GP (01825) announced that Mr. Xie Jianfeng has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the nomination committee of the company, effective from September 2, 2026. Ms. Cai Zhenhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of the audit committee of the company, effective from September 2, 2026. In addition to the aforementioned appointments of Mr. Xie and Ms. Cai to the board committees, effective from September 2, 2026, Ms. Wang Meihui, the chairman, executive director, and CEO of the company, will resign as the chairman of the nomination committee. Effective from September 2, 2026, following Mr. Xie's said appointment, Ms. Luo Yueshan, the executive director of the company, will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company in terms of Listing Rule 3.05; and Mr. Xie will be appointed as the authorized representative to fill that vacancy.
