SC HOLDINGS (00413): The court has postponed the first hearing regarding the petition against Wah Shing Toys to September 16.

Nanhua Group Holdings (00413) announced that two creditors have each filed petitions with the High Court against Huasheng Toys, seeking orders for the liquidation of Huasheng Toys. The High Court held a hearing on these petitions on September 2, 2026. During the hearing on September 2, 2026, the court ordered (i) the hearing for the first petition to be postponed until September 16, 2026; and (ii) the second petition to be withdrawn based on the notice served by the petitioner of the second petition on August 25, 2026.

During the hearing on September 2, 2026, the court ordered (i) the hearing of the first petition to be adjourned until September 16, 2026; and (ii) the second petition to be withdrawn according to the subpoena submitted by the petitioner of the second petition on August 25, 2026.
