NextB2B is the first B2B full-process AI Agent solution based on Tencent WorkBuddy, which includes expert modules for procurement, sales, internal affairs, and operations, addressing core challenges such as sourcing, business growth, and management; it is also planning to incorporate built-in A2A trading capabilities to support dialogue and transactions between enterprise Agents in the future.
WorkBuddy is an all-scenario AI office workspace created by Tencent, covering daily office tasks, code development, and creative design. Users can issue tasks in natural language, and WorkBuddy can autonomously think, break down tasks, plan execution steps, and ultimately deliver work results that can be directly accepted.
NextB2B combines the general AI capability of WorkBuddy with the Groups accumulated industry knowledge, business experience, and digital service capabilities in the field of B2B trade circulation, providing general SKILL, MCP, data, and workflows for the broad trade circulation industry.
NextB2B adopts a pricing model that combines a basic version, value-added modules, and Token top-ups. The standard pricing for the basic version is RMB 20,000; customers can purchase value-added modules based on business scale and application needs, with related services charged separately; the Token consumption incurred during product use will be topped up by customers according to actual usage. Specific service terms, account numbers, function configurations, Token limits, and service content shall be subject to the agreement or order ultimately signed between the Group and the customers.
The Group continues to invest in R&D in AI and has obtained three invention patents related to AI. By 2025, the Groups transaction volume is expected to exceed RMB 150 billion, accumulating over a million structured order data entries and over a hundred million unstructured chat data entries each year. The launch of NextB2B will help the Group provide the long-accumulated industry data, business experience, and AI application capabilities to external enterprise customers and explore new revenue sources such as basic software services, value-added features, and Token top-ups. The Board believes that the capabilities of Tencent WorkBuddy in AI agents and task execution complement the Group's understanding of B2B trade processes, industry data, and enterprise operational needs, and this cooperation will help promote the practical application of AI in the B2B trade circulation industry.
